Dasceq is building a next\-generation Agentic AI platform that combines AI\-powered conversations, predictive analytics, intelligent workflow automation and business\-system integrations.

Our platform supports inbound and outbound AI agents, voice calls, SMS, email, automated dialing, CRM integrations, payment workflows and campaign management.

We serve accounts receivable and debt collection businesses and are expanding into home services, field dispatch, sales, marketing and customer support automation.

We are looking for a hands\-on Junior AI \& Data Science Engineer who is passionate about Python, AI/ML, LLMs, cloud technologies and building real\-world software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Agentic AI \& LLM Development**

• Assist in developing AI agents using Python and LLM APIs.
• Build and test conversational AI workflows for inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Work with prompt engineering, tool calling, conversation memory and workflow automation.
• Support integration of AI agents with CRM, payment, telephony and scheduling systems.
• Test AI responses, tool execution, conversation quality and error handling.
• Research open\-source models, AI frameworks and new technologies.

• *2\. Data Science \& Predictive Analytics**

• Analyze customer interaction, payment and collections datasets.
• Develop and test machine learning models for propensity\-to\-pay, contactability, recovery and customer segmentation.
• Perform data cleaning, exploratory analysis and feature engineering.
• Evaluate model performance using statistical and machine learning metrics.
• Support A/B testing, campaign analytics and model monitoring.

• *3\. Python, APIs \& Backend Development**

• Develop Python scripts, backend services and automation tools.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and third\-party integrations.
• Assist with integrations involving CRM platforms, payment gateways, dialers and business applications.
• Write SQL queries and support database management.
• Debug application issues and develop automated tests.

• *4\. AWS \& Cloud Implementation**

• Support application deployments and testing on AWS.
• Work with services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS and CloudWatch.
• Assist in Docker deployments, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring.
• Help investigate application failures, logs and performance issues.
• Follow cloud\-security, credential\-management and deployment best practices.

• *5\. Client Implementation \& Testing**

• Participate in client requirements discussions alongside senior engineers.
• Document business processes and technical requirements.
• Configure and test client\-specific AI workflows and integrations.
• Prepare test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Help investigate and resolve client\-reported issues.
• Prepare implementation documentation and technical progress updates.
• Support product demonstrations and client onboarding.

• *6\. Engineering \& Product Development**

• Work closely with the AI Engineering Lead and development team.
• Maintain code using Git and follow established coding standards.
• Document APIs, workflows, testing results and technical changes.
• Research new AI tools, frameworks and integration solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and product improvement discussions.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong foundation in Python.
• Basic SQL, including joins, aggregations and data manipulation.
• Understanding of machine learning and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy and scikit\-learn.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and HTTP.
• Familiarity with Git and programming fundamentals.
• Good problem\-solving, analytical and debugging skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini.
• Basic LangChain, LangGraph or other agentic AI frameworks.
• FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• AWS cloud fundamentals.
• Docker and CI/CD.
• OpenCV, NLP, RAG or vector databases.
• CRM, payment gateway or telephony API integration.
• Exposure to financial services, lending, collections, customer service or SaaS applications.

• *Education**

BE/BTech, BSc/MSc, MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.

Candidates with strong practical projects are encouraged to apply, even without extensive professional experience.
