AJS Infra Developers is looking for a creative and technically skilled Junior Architect specialising in 3D Modelling, Building Elevation Design and Architectural Visualisation.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming 2D architectural plans into detailed 3D models, creating attractive building elevations and developing realistic interior and exterior visualisations for residential and commercial projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create detailed 3D models of residential and commercial buildings.
• Develop attractive front, side and rear building elevations.
• Convert existing 2D architectural plans into 3D models.
• Create realistic exterior and interior visualisations.
• Prepare 3D walkthroughs and client presentation views.
• Work on material selection, textures, lighting and rendering.
• Coordinate with the draftsman and project team to understand design requirements.
• Make design changes based on client feedback.
• Prepare designs for client presentations using Enscape or other rendering tools.

• *Required Technical Skills**

• Strong knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max.
• Good command of Lumion, Enscape or V\-Ray for rendering.
• Ability to create modern and attractive building elevations.
• Knowledge of exterior and interior 3D visualisation.
• Understanding of architectural design, proportions, materials and textures.
• Ability to convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D models.

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.

• *Experience:** 1–3 Years preferred. Skilled freshers with a good design portfolio can apply.

• *Salary:** Based on experience and technical skills.

• *Application Requirement:** Candidates must share their resume along with their 3D design portfolio.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
