Junior Art Director

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Develop branding concepts, creative themes, and visual identities.

· Create striking graphics for digital and print media.

· Design branding graphics, signage, wayfinding systems, presentations, social media creatives, and print materials.

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align designs with project goals.

· Create designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, AI tools, and Microsoft Office.

· Ensure consistency across print, digital, and environmental graphic applications.

· Handle image editing, artwork adaptation, and print\-ready file preparation.

· Coordinate with marketing, sales, production, and creative teams.

· Present creative ideas and branding concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

· Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.

· Support concept development, brand storytelling, and creative execution across branding and environmental graphic projects.

• *Required Skills:**

· 3–5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or advertising.

· Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication.

· Experience in environmental graphics, signage, retail branding, or large\-format printing preferred.

· Strong portfolio showcasing branding and graphic design projects.

· Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

· Strong communication, creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast\-paced collaborative environment.

• *Qualification:**

· Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
