Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer\-focused candidates to join our Banking Division as **Junior Programmers / Customer Support Executives** for our Bengaluru office.
Candidates will be involved in software implementation, customer support, troubleshooting, user training, and assisting banks in effectively utilizing our banking software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for Core Banking and Digital Banking applications.
- Troubleshoot software\-related issues and coordinate with development teams.
- Assist in software implementation and deployment activities.
- Conduct user training and product demonstrations.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document customer requirements and support activities.
- Travel to customer locations when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Sc Computer Science, or related field.
- 3\-Year Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science / IT is also eligible.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of databases, networking, and software applications is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Software Support, Technical Support, Banking Software, or Application Support is preferred.
- Experience candidates will be given preference.
- Knowledge of SQL databases will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirement
✅ **Fluency in Kannada (Read, Write, and Speak) is Mandatory**
As this position is based in Bengaluru and involves interaction with customers across Karnataka, candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Kannada.
