We are not looking for temporary help; we are hiring future core team members. This 6\-month program is a direct bridge to a permanent role:

• **Phase 1 (Months 1–6\):** An intensive, hands\-on internship (stipend of ₹10,000/month).
• **Phase 2 (Month 7\+):** Upon successful completion and performance review, you will officially transition to a Full\-Time Backend Engineer role (₹22,000 – ₹28,000/month).

• *What You Will Do**

• **AI \& Agent Architecture:** Build, test, and deploy autonomous software agents and integrate large language models into production workflows.
• **Backend Integration:** Develop fast, robust APIs to seamlessly connect AI pipelines, local knowledge engines, and frontend applications.
• **Data \& State Management:** Write and optimize SQL queries while utilizing fast data stores to manage state, concurrency, and agent memory.
• **Code Quality:** Write comprehensive unit tests and design automated workflows to ensure system reliability and validate complex AI outputs.

• *Core Requirements**

• **Education:** B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science. Students currently in their 7th or 8th semester of Engineering can also apply.
• **Python Expertise:** Strong command over Python, Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP), and an appreciation for strict typing.
• **System Fundamentals:** Solid understanding of backend principles, RESTful architecture, and database management.
• **Tooling:** Comfortable navigating modern development environments, command\-line interfaces, and managing complex version control workflows using Git and GitHub.

• Experience building backend services and web APIs using FastAPI.
