junior business development executive

Job Overvie

We Are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to support business growth, generate new leads, build client relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Promote company services and explain business offerings to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain lead databases and update daily sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and business proposals.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target\-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream (preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates interested in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and client\-handling skills are essential.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
