About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to align creative outputs with brand identity and current design trends.

Key Responsibilities (KRA to be Delivered)

• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, banners, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Translate concepts and ideas into cohesive design assets aligned with brand identity and current trends.
• Develop creative designs for a variety of personalised products based on seasonal themes and sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver high\-quality campaign assets.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
• Revise, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic/creative design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
