Junior Creative Designer

• *Responsibilities:**

• Edit Reels/Shorts (talking head, explainer, and awareness content) optimized for social media platforms
• Produce long\-format YouTube videos including explainers, promo cuts, and educational/awareness content
• Create and edit AI\-generated videos using AI video generation tools
• Edit AI Avatar\-based videos for content production
• Design and animate motion graphics/SaaS\-style product and service explainer videos
• Collaborate with content/marketing teams to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Manage end\-to\-end editing workflow: footage selection, sequencing, color grading, sound design, and final export

• *Required Skills:**

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Hands\-on experience with AI video generation tools
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles for product/SaaS explainer videos
• Ability to create engaging short\-form and long\-form video content
• Experience with AI avatar tools and AI\-driven video editing workflows
• Eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics

• *Qualifications \& Personal Attributes:**

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong creativity and an eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
• Passion for video editing, motion graphics, and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high\-quality work.
• Excellent time management and timely editing capabilities to meet project deadlines.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute creative ideas.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Portfolio showcasing reels, YouTube content, motion graphics, and AI\-generated video work
• Experience working with marketing or content teams in a fast\-paced environment
