PickleMonk Media is a creative agency and production house working across brand communication, advertising, and digital filmmaking.

We're looking for a Junior Creative Multidisciplinary Artist who can work across AI\-powered filmmaking, colour grading, video editing, and visual effects to create compelling digital films and advertisements.

This role is for someone who understands visuals, enjoys experimenting with emerging technology, and wants to push the boundaries of what's possible in commercial filmmaking.

What You'll Do1\. AI Video Integration

• Generate video sequences using AI\-powered video creation tools.
• Integrate AI\-generated footage into digital films, advertisements, and branded content.
• Experiment with text\-to\-video, image\-to\-video, and AI\-assisted filmmaking workflows.
• Maintain visual consistency across shots, including characters, lighting, environments, and camera movement.
• Explore creative ways to combine AI\-generated visuals with live\-action footage.

2\. DI \& Colour Grading

• Perform colour correction and colour grading for digital films and advertisements.
• Match shots for consistent exposure, colour, and skin tones.
• Develop cinematic looks that complement the film's mood and creative direction.
• Prepare footage for final delivery across digital platforms.

3\. Video Editing \& Post\-Production

• Edit digital films, advertisements, branded content, and promotional videos.
• Shape footage into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing and transitions.
• Integrate AI\-generated shots, live\-action footage, graphics, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to achieve the intended visual treatment.

4\. VFX \& Compositing

• Assist with compositing, visual cleanup, object removal, and visual enhancements.
• Integrate generated elements into live\-action footage.
• Apply motion graphics and visual effects wherever required.

Skills We're Looking For

• Practical familiarity with AI video generation and integration.
• A good understanding of colour correction, colour grading, and cinematic visuals.
• Working knowledge of video editing and post\-production workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent software.
• An understanding of lighting, composition, visual continuity, and storytelling.
• A creative eye, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment with new workflows.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your creative capabilities.

• *Our priority:** AI video integration and DI/colour grading, followed by video editing. VFX and compositing experience is an advantage.
