• *Role Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting day\-to\-day data operations and executive reporting. You will query relational databases, build dynamic dashboards, and perform ad\-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions.

• *Key Responsibilities*** **Database Management \& SQL:** Write, run, and optimize SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and clean data from relational databases.
• **Dashboarding \& BI:** Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• **Operational Analysis:** Analyze operational datasets \- including call logs, messaging interaction volumes \- to ensure accurate reporting and track usage trends.
• **Ad\-Hoc Analysis:** Conduct quick, data\-driven deep dives using Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas) to resolve immediate operational queries.
• **Data Quality \& Collaboration:** Validate data accuracy before publishing reports and collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

### **Requirements**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Experience**: 1 to 2 years in a data analyst or business intelligence role (or freshers with strong technical project).
• **SQL**: Proficiency in writing queries using joins, aggregations, conditional logic, and subqueries/window functions.
• **Power BI:** Hands\-on experience building reports, managing relationships in data models, and writing basic DAX measures.
• **Excel**: Advanced proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, PivotTables, formatting, data manipulation).
• **Problem\-Solving**: Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
