Junior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Junior DevOps / Cloud Engineer who is eager to learn and grow in an AWS environment. You will support our cloud operations, help maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor infrastructure, and assist in deploying backend services. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real\-world exposure to fintech infrastructure.

• *What You Will Do**

Support and maintain AWS infrastructure including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, IAM roles, and security groups.

Assist in managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline) for deploying backend services.

Monitor application health using CloudWatch — set up basic alarms and dashboards.

Help manage Docker containers and assist with Kubernetes (EKS) deployments under senior guidance.

Write and maintain basic Bash/Python scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks.

Support SQS queue monitoring and assist in troubleshooting webhook/callback delivery issues.

Maintain infrastructure documentation and deployment runbooks.

Coordinate with backend developers during deployments and assist in debugging environment issues.

Help ensure server security: patching, access reviews, and secrets hygiene.

• *What We Are Looking For Area**

Skill / Tool Level

• *AWS Basics:** EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Security Groups, CloudWatch\-Expert
• *CI/CD:** GitHub Actions or any pipeline tool — even basic exposure\-Intermediate
• *Containers**: Docker (build, run, push) — Kubernetes awareness is a plus\-Intermediate **Scripting**: Bash scripting; Python basics (boto3 is a bonus)\-Intermediate
• *Linux:** Linux command line — file ops, logs, permissions, SSH\-Working
• *Monitoring**: CloudWatch or any monitoring tool (Grafana awareness is ok)\-Basic

• *Good to Have**

Any AWS certification or currently preparing for AWS Cloud Practitioner / SAA.

Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation (even self\-learning counts).

Personal projects, GitHub repos, or college lab work involving cloud/DevOps.

Basic awareness of payment systems, APIs, or fintech products.

• *Qualifications**

Experience: 2–3 years in a DevOps, cloud support, or system admin role

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (CS or IT) or equivalent

Location:Thane,Mumbai

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹550,000\.00 per year
