The Junior Executive – Administration supports the daily administrative operations of the organization. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating with departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth functioning of office activities.
*Key Responsibilities**
Assist in day\-to\-day administrative and office management tasks
Maintain and update files, records, and documentation
Handle data entry and prepare reports, emails, and correspondence
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and dispatch activities
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
Support HR and management with documentation and coordination
Maintain attendance records and assist with basic payroll support
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well\-maintained
Assist in travel arrangements and booking accommodations
Help organize meetings, events, and internal activities
