We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail\-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and branding initiatives. The role requires strong design fundamentals, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with content, marketing, and strategy teams.

- *1\. Graphic Design \& Content Creation**
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop engaging visual concepts that improve audience engagement and brand recall.
- Assist in creating campaign\-specific design assets across multiple industries.
- *2\. Brand Consistency \& Visual Communication**
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Adapt creative assets across different platforms while preserving brand identity.
- Support the team in maintaining a high standard of visual communication.
- *3\. Social Media \& Digital Marketing Creatives**
- Design static posts, carousel creatives, banners, ad creatives, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Create platform\-specific creatives for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Optimize designs according to platform requirements and best practices.
- *4\. Creative Collaboration**
- Work closely with content writers, social media managers, performance marketers, and video editors.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Translate content briefs into visually engaging designs.
- *5\. AI\-Assisted Design \& Innovation**
- Utilize AI\-powered design tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative ideation.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies.
- Generate mood boards, visual references, and creative concepts using AI tools.

- Create simple animated creatives, GIFs, reels assets, and motion\-based content.

- Review designs before submission to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain high standards in typography, color usage, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and minimize revision cycles.

- Manage assigned design tasks and project timelines effectively.
- Organize design files, assets, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, and Figma.
- Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.
- Understanding of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
