About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Junior Graphic Designer** to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling and experience in creating engaging designs for events, branding, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Create event branding materials including stage backdrops, standees, signages, invitations, banners, and digital creatives.
• Develop social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing collaterals.
• Assist in designing PowerPoint presentations and client pitch decks.
• Work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing, and Production teams to execute projects.
• Ensure all artwork is aligned with brand guidelines and ready for print or digital production.
• Handle multiple design assignments while meeting project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint**.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.
• Knowledge of print production and large\-format artwork is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Background

• 1–3 years of experience in an **Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activation, Advertising, or Creative Agency**.
• Experience in event branding and marketing collaterals is preferred.
