• *Core Responsibilities**

• Design social media creatives such as posts, carousels, Stories, Reel covers, and banners.
• Create marketing materials like flyers, brochures, email creatives, and presentations.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to create designs based on campaign needs.
• Resize and edit designs for different social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines.
• Make changes to designs based on feedback and complete them on time.
• Keep design files and creative assets organized.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of social media design formats, including image sizes, video formats, aspect ratios, Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color combinations, and visual design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
• Good communication skills with a creative and detail\-oriented approach.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media creatives, or video editing work will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
