Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with approximately 6 months of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, branding, and digital media, with a passion for creating engaging visual content for online and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional creatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials.
• Develop website banners, email creatives, and digital advertisements.
• Edit product images and perform basic photo retouching.
• Assist in creating logos, icons, and branding materials.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to produce campaign creatives.
• Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital publishing.
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions within project timelines.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**.
• Familiarity with **Canva** and **Figma**.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Basic photo editing and image optimization skills.
• Creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of **Adobe InDesign**, **Premiere Pro**, or **After Effects** is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Canva AI is a plus.
