• *About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and detail\-oriented **Junior Graphic Designer \& Video Editor** to join our growing team. This role works in real time with our US\-based marketing operations, allowing you to collaborate live with the team you're creating for — getting immediate feedback, learning quickly, and seeing your work go live without the typical next\-day turnaround delays.

In this entry\-level/junior dual role, you will work hand\-in\-hand with our digital marketing and content teams to turn ideas into compelling static graphics and short\-form video content. If you have a keen eye for modern visual aesthetics, hands\-on video editing skills, and an eagerness to grow in a fast\-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• *Responsibilities: Collaboration \& Creative Execution**

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand project briefs, brainstorm ideas, and produce visual collateral for upcoming campaigns and content calendars.
• Learn and apply visual storytelling techniques that engage and resonate with a US audience.
• Actively incorporate feedback from senior team members and marketing leads to refine designs and video cuts.

• *Graphic Design**

• Design clean, eye\-catching blog featured images, infographics, and inline article visuals that drive click\-through rates and reader engagement.
• Create high\-quality social media creative assets (Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, Facebook banners, and promotional stories).
• Follow brand guidelines across all channels to ensure visual consistency in typography, color palettes, and overall layout.

• *Video Editing \& Motion Graphics**

• Cut, assemble, and edit raw footage into engaging, trend\-conscious short\-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional snippets).
• Add kinetic typography, captions/subtitles, basic transitions, sound effects, and background music to maximize viewer retention.
• Assist in assembling basic promotional clips, customer walkthroughs, or YouTube video edits following existing templates and style guides.

• *Requirements**

• **Experience:** 1–2 years of hands\-on experience handling graphic design and video editing (internships, agency, or digital marketing team experience welcome).
• **Software Tools:**
• **Design:** Proficient in Adobe Photoshop \& Illustrator (familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus).
• **Video:** Hands\-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro \& basic After Effects (or CapCut / DaVinci Resolve).
• **Shift Availability:** Mandatory availability to work in\-person during the night shift**the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)** to sync live with our US operations.
• **Collaboration \& Mindset:** Strong communication skills, openness to creative feedback, eager to learn, and capable of managing assigned daily tasks efficiently.
• **Portfolio:** A portfolio or showreel showcasing both static visual designs (social media, blog/web banners) and video editing samples is **mandatory**.
