We are looking for a motivated and detail\-orientated junior HR executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employee\-related processes efficiently.

Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee coordination
Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities
