We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Junior HR Executive** with strong recruitment and coordination skills to support talent acquisition and day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing quality candidates, coordinating end\-to\-end recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
K**ey Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition , Recruitment \& Operations**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for teaching and non\-teaching positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM/Any graduate with experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tracking tools.
