  • *About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Junior HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational HR experience and is eager to expand their knowledge in a fast\-paced environment. You will support core HR functions, contribute to a positive employee experience, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. **Responsibility**

  • Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and off boarding procedures, including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper filing of HR documents
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned
  • *Requirement**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations, and employee lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a team\-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service\-oriented mindset
