• *About Role:**

We are looking for a proactive and dependable **3 Months to 1 Year** HR, who can manage end\-to\-end HR operations along with office administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, people\-oriented, detail\-focused, and capable of handling day\-to\-day functions with minimal supervision.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit formalities

\- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

\- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases

\- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

\- Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communication

\- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations

\- Support performance management and employee engagement activities

\- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations

\- Manage overall office administration, including vendor coordination, office supplies, housekeeping, and facility management

• *Requirements**

\- **3 Months to 1 Year ONLY** of relevant HR experience

\- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

\- Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance

\- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

\- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

\- Professional, reliable, and solution\-oriented approach
