Junior Interior Designer

• *DESIGNER**

• *Role Definition**

• Working to client brief, which details what the space will be used for, and finding out the client's personal ideas and requirements and suggesting best furniture and other décor placements
• Inspecting and surveying buildings / hotel / restaurant / residential locations
• Setting schedules for the project
• Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible
• Producing rough sketches and a mood board \- a collection of suitable images, colors and materials
• Developing detailed designs, using computer\-aided design (CAD) software
• Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget
• Advising clients on progress, and providing them with samples of wood, paints and fabrics to be used
• Co\-ordinating with the sourcing \& contractor on the updates and ensuring the work is in progress and within the timelines
• Conducting regular site visits to inspect work in progress
• Ensuring the assigned project is completed within committed timeline.

• *Profile Requirements (Qualification \& Experience)**

• Graduate with specialization in interior designing from a premier institute
• 2\-3 years’ work experience with an architect / interior designing firm
• Preferred experience with Architect / Interior Designing Firm

• Excellent communication, presentation \& negotiation skills
• Very strong Client Service \& Excellent relationship building skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to innovate and analyze alternative solutions – specific to the target at hand.
• Detail focused, executes with excellence and owns the outcome.
• Should be able to design interiors of home, office, restaurants and hotels individually and can also customize furniture designs as per customer requirements
• Creative and has strong imagination
• An keen eye for design, including color, good 3D awareness, finishing of work in progress.
• Good drawing and IT skills (CAD / CAM), MS office
• The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
• Good Organizational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget
• Awareness of technical issues, and the range of relevant products and materials
• Self\-discipline.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
