Junior IT & DevOps Engineer

• *Job Description:****Key Requirements**

• *IT OPERATIONS \& SUPPORT (PRIMARY FOCUS)**

• **Workstation \& OS Setup:** Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations. Handling OS installations, driver configurations, software patches, and security settings.
• **User \& Access Support:** Provide L1/L2 IT helpdesk support for employee hardware, software, VPN, and networking issues. Manage user accounts and access permissions through Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• **Asset Inventory \& Management:** Track company IT assets, hardware allocations, software licenses, and equipment status. Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
• **Scripting \& Automation:** Develop basic Bash or Python scripts to automate routine IT tasks and system maintenance.
• **Observability \& System Monitoring:** Set up and maintain system observability across logs and metrics. Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, and AWS CloudWatch.

• *Skills Requirement:****DEVOPS \& AUTOMATION**

Knowledge or experience in DevOps practices and automation will be considered an added advantage.

• *COMMUNICATION SKILLS**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and provide timely technical support.

• *Qualification:**B.E. , B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech
