JUNIOR OFFICER

TSE\-Water Business is seeking a dynamic **Junior Officer/Asst Officer\-Procurement \& Supply Chain (Engineering \& Constructions, Water Projects)**\- to work as a team member in **Procurement \& Supply Chain**, Logistics, Purchase, Materials, Inventory Management, Commercial, Purchase, Material Management \& Vendor Development Management. This is a high\-impact role requiring a blend of technical mastery from water and wastewater sector. You will be part of the Engineering \& Constructions SBU lifecycle from the initial Kick\-Off Meeting (KOM) to final handover, ensuring engineering items are procured and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest engineering standards.**Company:** TWO SQUARE ECOTECHNOLOGIES PVT. • Assist in the **Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO)** process for equipment, materials and services.
• Obtain vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements and support price negotiations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Stores, Finance and suppliers for material specifications, approvals and timely deliveries.
• Support vendor development, purchase order preparation, amendments and follow\-up.
• Maintain procurement trackers, delivery schedules, inventory records and MIS reports.
• Assist with ERP transactions, goods receipt, service entry, invoice processing and vendor payment coordination.
• Maintain procurement documents and ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial requirements.

### **Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Qualification:** B.Com / BBA / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech; MBA in Materials Management or Operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of procurement, purchase, logistics and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication and documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, follow\-up and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India, as required.

### **Preferred Experience**
