Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer with around one year of hands\-on experience in web application development. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in PHP and MySQL, with the ability to work on backend development and support frontend integration. This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP (5\.x / 7\.x / 8\.x)

· Write efficient queries and manage databases using MySQL

· Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support frontend functionality

· Integrate and consume REST APIs and third\-party services

· Implement asynchronous requests using AJAX

· Debug, test, and optimize application performance

· Collaborate with senior developers and follow coding standards and best practices

Required Skills \& Qualifications

· 1 year of experience in PHP development

· Good knowledge of PHP versions 5, 7, and 8

· Strong understanding of MySQL database design and queries

· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

· Experience in API integration

· Familiarity with AJAX concepts

· Basic understanding of version control systems (Git is a plus)

Good to Have (Additional Skills)

· Basic knowledge of React JS

· Exposure to MVC frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter – optional)

· Understanding of web security best practices
