Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and drive projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, hands\-on experience with Agile tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

\* Plan, manage, and deliver medium to large\-sized projects within defined timelines and budgets.

\* Drive Agile practices, including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

\* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to align project goals and priorities.

\* Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

\* Use Agile project management tools to manage backlogs, track tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports.

\* Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and cross\-functional teams.

\* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

\* Continuously improve project management processes and team productivity.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

\* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

\* 4–6 years of experience in Project Management or Product Management, working with cross\-functional teams.

\* Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

\* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management practices.

\* Proven ability to manage medium to large\-sized projects.

\* Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and UX teams.

\* Strong organizational, problem\-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

\* Educational background or coursework in Computer Science or a related technical field.

\* Scrum Master, Scrum Coach, or other relevant Agile certifications.

\* Previous experience working in a product\-based organization.
