• *About the Role**

We are hiring a driven and analytical **Junior Python Developer** to join our backend engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full\-time, onsite role tailored for freshers, coding bootcamp graduates, and entry\-level developers (0 to 1 year of experience) who have a strong foundation in Python and want to build high\-performance web applications and backend systems. If you enjoy solving algorithmic puzzles, writing clean code, and working with databases, this role is for you.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Backend Development:** Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to develop backend services and applications.
• **API Design:** Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs using modern frameworks (like FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• **Database Integration:** Write optimized queries and work with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• **Debugging \& Testing:** Identify, debug, and fix software bugs, and write unit tests to ensure code reliability.
• **Collaboration:** Work alongside frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to integrate user\-facing elements with server\-side logic.
