Junior QA

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Junior QA Engineer who is eager to learn software testing and help us deliver high\-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Test web applications and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing.
• Report bugs with clear descriptions, screenshots, and steps to reproduce.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure existing functionality works as expected.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and track testing progress.
• Test applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Learn API testing and basic database validation.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of manual testing and test case writing.
• Understanding of bug reporting and defect life cycles.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, mobile applications, and browsers.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar testing tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
• Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience testing academic projects or personal applications.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹27,000\.00 per month
