Job Description

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated **Junior Quality Analyst** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing, quality assurance processes, and the ability to identify and report software defects.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and software applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or defects.
• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and prepare testing reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.
• Familiarity with bug\-tracking tools such as Jira is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new testing tools and techniques.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of manual testing is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
