Key Objective: Reduce product non\-conformances and increase customer Satisfaction of DALI Home Automation
\* Track non\-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
\* Conduct customer site visits for reported quality issues and document findings and follow\-up actions.
Roles \& Responsibilities
Conduct product tests and inspections; analyze and document results; identify non\-conformances; and work with engineering, production, and senior quality staff to resolve issues and improve quality controls. Visit customer sites to inspect reported quality issues, document findings, and support corrective actions. Coordinate with Sales for giving solutions along with light sources . Ensure Right products delivered on time in coordination with Production.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
