Junior Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for technical and non\-technical positions within the Semiconductor, PCB Manufacturing, and EMS industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Recruit for engineering, production, quality, purchase, supply chain, and support functions.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow\-ups, and candidate feedback.
• Negotiate salary, coordinate offer releases, and follow up on joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and recruitment consultants.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of technical hiring and manufacturing roles.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
