Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining confirmation.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Handle multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Good follow\-up, coordination, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR hiring.
• Candidates with manufacturing industry recruitment experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Kamal Vihar, Raipur.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
