About the Role

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to support our recruitment activities and help us hire suitable candidates for different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Handle multiple vacancies and support timely hiring.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other job portals.
• Good communication, follow\-up, and coordination skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Candidates with manufacturing recruitment experience will be preferred.
