We are now expanding into new business lines — and we’re looking for a **sharp, driven, and analytical operator** to lead one of them from scratch.

*About the Role:**

We are looking for a motivated and analytical fresher with a strong foundation in SQL to join our team as a **Junior Reporting Analyst (SQL)**. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, write SQL queries, extract and validate data, and build reports that help teams make better decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to build a career in analytics and business intelligence.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Understand business requirements and convert them into SQL\-based data queries.
Write, test, and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
Develop and maintain business and operational reports.
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies in reports.
Work with cross\-functional teams to gather reporting needs and deliver timely insights.
Document report logic, data definitions, and SQL scripts for future reference.
Support the creation and automation of dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools.

*Required Skills:**

Good understanding of SQL (Joins, Group By, Aggregate Functions, Subqueries, CASE statements, etc.).
Basic understanding of relational databases and data structures.
Strong analytical and logical problem\-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to understand business requirements.
Comfortable working with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

*Good to Have:**

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or any other reporting/visualization tool.
Basic understanding of Python for data analysis.
Experience with academic or personal projects involving SQL or data analytics.

*Eligibility:**

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields).
