Junior Scrum Master

*Location:** Chennai, Pune \& Hyderabad
*Experience:** 2 to 4 Years
*Job Description:**
Scrum \& Agile Facilitation
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum principles, values, and best practices
Support one or more development teams in Agile execution
Delivery Management
Track sprint progress, velocity, and burndown charts
Identify and remove impediments to improve team productivity
Coordinate with Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog
Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and release commitments
Team Collaboration \& Coaching
Foster an environment of transparency, communication, and continuous improvement
Coach team members on Agile practices and self\-organization
Work closely with developers, testers, and cross\-functional stakeholders
*Required Qualifications**
3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT Services or Software Development
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Trello
Good understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and DevOps concepts
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict\-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple teams or projects (nice to have)
