Key Responsibilities

• *Off\-Page SEO and Guest Posting**

Plan and run guest posting campaigns on relevant, high\-authority websites

Find, pitch, and build relationships with bloggers, publishers, and webmasters

Build quality backlinks through outreach, resource pages, broken link building, and digital PR

Monitor the backlink profile, identify toxic links, and manage disavow files

Track link\-building performance and report on domain authority growth

• *On\-Page SEO**

Conduct keyword research and map keywords to target pages

Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, images, and internal linking

Run technical SEO audits covering site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, and mobile usability

Work with content and development teams to put SEO recommendations into action

Identify content gaps and recommend new topics based on search intent

• *Generative AI and Search**

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar) for keyword clustering, content briefs, outreach drafts, and analysis

Optimize content for AI\-driven search experiences such as Google AI Overviews and answer engines (GEO/AEO)

Keep up with how generative AI is changing search behavior and adjust strategy accordingly

Ensure AI\-assisted content meets quality, accuracy, and E\-E\-A\-T standards

Reporting and Analysis

Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and backlinks using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console

Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and next steps

Monitor competitor SEO strategies and spot opportunities

• *Requirements**

2\+ years of hands\-on experience in SEO

Proven track record in guest posting and off\-page link building

Strong knowledge of on\-page and technical SEO best practices

Practical experience using generative AI tools in SEO workflows

Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console

Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms

Good written English and outreach communication skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

Nice to Have

Basic HTML knowledge

Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile

Exposure to B2B or tech industry SEO

Understanding of schema markup and structured data
