Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and technically inclined candidates for the position of **Junior Software Engineer**.

The role involves software development, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and working with technologies such as **JavaScript, .NET, C\#, and Node.js**.

Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, good problem\-solving abilities, and an interest in working on ERP/CRM and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using **JavaScript, .NET, C\#, and Node.js**
• Support coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical logic
• Collaborate with senior developers, trainers, and functional consultants
• Support ERP/CRM modules during implementation and post\-training activities
• Participate in software testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices

Salary Structure

• *First 3 Months:** ₹12,500 Gross per month

• *Next 9 Months:** ₹21,100 Gross per month

Employment Commitment

Candidates are required to agree to a **2\.8\-year written commitment** as per the company’s fresher policy.
