• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **junior UI/UX designer** to join our product team and help shape the user experience of CredXHire.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user\-friendly, and visually appealing experiences across our web platform, mobile application (Android and iOS), and marketing website.

As we build our MVP, you will work closely with the product manager, developers, and leadership team to transform product requirements into practical design solutions. You will play an important role in making complex processes like user registration, identity verification, and recruitment workflows simple and seamless.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high\-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile applications.
• Create intuitive user experiences for job seekers and employers.
• Design key platform journeys, including registration, profile creation, document verification, job applications, job postings, and candidate management.
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate user interactions and validate design concepts.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system, including typography, colors, components, and reusable UI elements.
• Design responsive web pages and mobile interfaces following modern UI/UX standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Prepare developer\-ready design specifications, assets, and handoff documentation.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Design landing pages and marketing website interfaces when required.
• Incorporate feedback from the product manager, developers, and users to continuously improve product experiences.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design projects.
• Good understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture.
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
• Understanding of Android and iOS design guidelines.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with developers and handing off designs.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.

• *Nice to Have**

• Experience working with HRTech, recruitment platforms, fintech, or SaaS products.
• Experience working in an early\-stage startup or building an MVP.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Webflow or Framer.
• Knowledge of micro\-interactions, animations, and interactive prototyping.
• Basic graphic design skills for social media and marketing creatives.
