• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a talented and creative **Video Editor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and the technical expertise to transform raw footage into compelling content. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate videos, and more.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished, high\-quality videos that meet project requirements and deadlines.
• **Content Creation**: Collaborate with creative teams, including producers, directors, and graphic designers, to develop engaging video content for various platforms.
• **Storytelling**: Use editing techniques, music, sound, and graphics to create compelling narratives that capture the intended message and audience's attention.
• **Post\-Production**: Manage color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics as needed to enhance the final product.
• **Project Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• **File Management**: Organize and manage video files and project libraries, maintaining an efficient workflow and archiving system.
• **Feedback Incorporation**: Make revisions based on feedback from clients, creative directors, or other stakeholders.
• **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest editing software, video trends, and techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.
• **Quality Control**: Review and ensure final video output meets technical specifications and project goals.

• *Key Qualifications:**

• **Experience**: 3\+ years of experience in video editing, preferably within a creative agency, production company, or media organization.
• **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
• **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and editing styles.
• **Creativity**: A keen eye for storytelling, composition, and design, with an ability to adapt to various video styles and client needs.
• **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
• **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas.
• **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high\-quality work.
