About the Role

Beyond Folks is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing, graphic design, branding, and social media creatives, along with familiarity with AI\-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

\* Edit high\-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and client projects.

\* Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and branding materials.

\* Create motion graphics, reels, short\-form videos, and promotional content.

\* Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging visual content.

\* Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.

\* Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

\* Stay updated with the latest design, editing, and AI trends.

Required Skills

\* Minimum 1 year of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.

\* Proficiency in

\* Adobe Premiere Pro

\* Adobe After Effects

\* Adobe Photoshop

\* Adobe Illustrator

\* DaVinci Resolve (preferred)

\* Adobe Lightroom (preferred)

\* Knowledge of AI\-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.

\* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.

\* Ability to create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

\* Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

\* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.

\* Portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.

\* Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency is an added advantage.
