• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our video production team, working on healthcare brands, hospitals, doctor\-led content, digital advertisements, and social media campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\* Edit short\-form videos, Instagram Reels, doctor videos, healthcare advertisements, and promotional content.

\* Edit long\-form YouTube videos, interviews, and educational content as per project requirements.

\* Work on multilingual video versions, maintaining consistency across different languages.

\* Perform basic\-to\-intermediate colour correction and grading, audio cleanup, sound balancing, music selection, and sound effects.

\* Add subtitles, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and basic graphics wherever required.

\* Follow brand guidelines, editing references, scripts, and feedback from the senior team.

\* Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within the assigned timelines.

\* Coordinate with the video production team for footage, edits, revisions, and final exports.

\* Maintain organised project files, footage, assets, and timelines.

• *Required Skills:**

\* Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

\* Understanding of video pacing, storytelling, composition, and continuity.

\* Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio editing, and social media video formats.

\* Ability to work with different aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings.

\* Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.

\* Attention to detail, time management, willingness to learn, and the ability to implement feedback.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

\* 1–2 years of practical video editing experience.

\* A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work.

\* Experience with reels, advertisements, interviews, or talking\-head videos will be preferred.

\* Healthcare or agency experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
