What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short\-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Transform raw footage into high\-retention, visually appealing videos.
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring content ideas to life.
• Ensure every video meets our quality standards while maintaining quick turnaround times.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats, and social media best practices.

What We're Looking For

• A strong passion for video editing and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• A keen eye for detail, timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Someone who values speed without compromising quality.
• Self\-motivated, disciplined, and eager to continuously learn.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve with every project.
• A team player who enjoys working in a young, creative environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
• Understanding of viral content and social media trends.
