**Job Purpose**
We are seeking a highly analytical and business\-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to drive enterprise reporting, analytics, and data\-driven decision\-making across business functions. The role will be responsible for developing BI strategies, leading reporting and dashboarding initiatives, enabling automation, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.
The BI Lead will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and continuous improvement in analytics capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in business intelligence tools, stakeholder management, data visualization, and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Intelligence \& Analytics**
Lead end\-to\-end Business Intelligence initiatives to support strategic and operational decision\-making.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPIs for business functions.
Convert complex datasets into meaningful insights and business recommendations.
Establish reporting governance, standardization, and data accuracy mechanisms.
**Dashboarding \& Reporting**
Build and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting for business reviews and leadership decision\-making.
**Data Analysis \& Data Management**
Analyze large datasets from multiple systems to derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and define data models.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reports and dashboards.
Drive root cause analysis and provide recommendations for business improvements.
**Stakeholder Management**
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into analytical solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by presenting meaningful insights and recommendations.
Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize reporting requests, and deliver within agreed timelines.
**Process Improvement \& Automation**
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics through automation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, process excellence, and data\-driven approaches.
Support digital transformation and business process optimization projects.
**Team Leadership**
Mentor and guide BI analysts and developers and reporting teams.
Ensure capability development and knowledge sharing within the analytics function.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
Master’s degree/MBA is an added advantage.
**Experience**
5\-8 years o f relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Management.
Experience working in shared services, global organizations, or matrix environments is preferred.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross\-functional collaboration.
**Technical Skills**
Strong expertise in **Power BI** (mandatory).
Exposure to ERP systems such as **SAP** is preferred.
