Hiring Key Account Manager with experience in
- APIs, Webhooks, and CRM tools (Mandatory)
- Client relationship management,
- SaaS/logistics,
- onboarding,
- API integration,
- reporting \& stakeholder management.
- Focus on retention \& revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities \-
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales \& Operations teams.
- Drive customer onboarding, engagement, adoption \& retention.
- Track accounts and identify upsell/cross\-sell opportunities.
