The company specializes in end\-to\-end online food aggregator account management, helping F\&B businesses navigate complex platforms and improve performance. We help restaurants maximize their performance on food delivery platforms through data\-driven account management, menu engineering, campaign optimization, settlement audits, listing optimization, and operational consulting. Our mission is to help restaurant owners improve profitability while allowing them to focus on delivering great food.

  • *Role Description**
  • *Client Management**
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned restaurant accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
  • Conduct weekly performance review calls.
  • *Restaurant Growth**
  • Monitor restaurant performance on food delivery/ management platforms.
  • Track key business metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Suggest menu improvements, pricing changes, and promotional ideas.
  • Assist in increasing online sales and order volumes.
  • *Dashboard \& Analytics**
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Track: Orders, Revenues, ROI, Ratings \& Reviews \& Other KPIs.
  • *Operations**
  • Coordinate menu updates.
  • Assist with photo uploads and listing optimization.
  • Follow up on support tickets with aggregators.
  • Ensure restaurant listings remain accurate and up to date.
  • *Communication**
  • Handle client communication via WhatsApp, email, and Google Meet.
  • Maintain clear records of discussions and action items.
  • Coordinate with internal team members for execution.
  • *Qualifications**
  • 1–3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of food aggregator platforms, or Restaurant Management.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and comfort using CRM or account management systems.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Restaurant Operations, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, SaaS.
  • BBA, MBA, Hotel Management, Commerce, or similar educational background preferred.
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple key accounts and deliver consistent service quality.
