AathifPay is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage relationships with major distributors, API clients, and business partners. The role involves supporting clients, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, API clients, and business partners.
• Support client onboarding and respond promptly to service queries.
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor transaction volumes, commissions, and account performance.
• Identify client needs and encourage the adoption of relevant services.
• Follow up regularly with clients to improve satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Fintech or payment services experience is an added advantage.
