About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results\-oriented E\-Commerce Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with one of the world’s largest e\-commerce companies, managing a portfolio of marketplace sellers in the US. You will serve as their primary point of contact, helping them grow their business through strategic account management, marketplace optimization, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As an E\-Commerce Account Manager, you will
● Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned marketplace sellers.
● Build long\-term relationships and become the trusted advisor for seller accounts.
● Assist sellers in onboarding and listing products on the marketplace.
● Optimize product listings to improve visibility, discoverability, and conversions.
● Recommend promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns to increase sales.
● Help sellers optimize logistics, inventory management, and product lifecycle.
● Address seller concerns and provide timely solutions to business challenges.
● Conduct regular account reviews and maintain consistent communication with sellers.
● Recommend top\-performing product categories and expansion opportunities.
● Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to improve account performance.
● Take ownership of assigned accounts and achieve business development objectives.
● Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure excellent seller experience.
Required Skills \& Competencies
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management abilities.
● Good knowledge of e\-commerce marketplaces and account management.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
● Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
● Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement business strategies.
● High attention to detail with a focus on listing quality and operational accuracy.
● Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
● Self\-driven, proactive, and target\-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in E\-commerce Account Management, Marketplace Operations, Business Development, or a similar role.
● Experience working with online marketplaces or e\-commerce platforms is preferred.

Job Details
● Employment Type: Full\-time
● Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
● Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per month
