As a Business Coach at Bada Business, you will work closely with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals enrolled in our coaching programs. Your role will be to guide, mentor, and empower clients — helping them implement business strategies, track progress, and achieve sustainable growth.
o Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions for clients across various verticals (entrepreneurs, SMEs, professionals).
o Guide clients through Bada Business frameworks and help them implement strategies related to sales, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.
o Monitor client progress, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights to ensure business growth.
o Motivate clients, set milestones, and hold them accountable for execution of action plans.
o Serve as the main point\-of\-contact for your assigned client portfolio.
o Build strong, long\-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
o Understand clients’ unique needs and recommend suitable Bada Business programs or solutions.
o Develop a solid understanding of clients’ business models, pain points, and market challenges.
o Offer tailored solutions and best practices to address client\-specific issues and drive tangibleoutcomes.
o Collect client feedback and liaise with internal teams (Product, Content, Sales) to help improve program delivery and client experience.
o Work closely with the Training, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of clients.
o Contribute to building scalable coaching frameworks, playbooks and standard operating
procedures (SOPs).
o Document success stories, case studies, and client testimonials to support marketing and content teams.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
