The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Brand Chupps’ key business accounts across marketplaces, distributors, partners, and enterprise clients. The role focuses on revenue growth, account expansion, strategic partnerships, and long\-term business relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage and grow key accounts \& strategic partners
Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision\-makers
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Drive monthly \& quarterly revenue targets
Identify upsell, cross\-sell, and expansion opportunities
Execute growth plans for each key account
Improve GMV, margins, and profitability
Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, marketing, finance, and ops
Ensure smooth order flow, fulfillment, and delivery
