• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long\-term engagement and loyalty.
• Account Strategy \& Growth: Develop account plans, identify upselling/cross\-selling opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
• Operational Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issue resolution, and service delivery.
• Reporting \& Analysis: Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to deliver customized solutions for clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management or client servicing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare strategic plans.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
